You are my favorite yoga class provider. Thank you for your hard work to make these free video classes. It's wonderful to do them as I have time, no rushing to a class at a studio and worrying about how I look! I've been watching faithfully since 2015.

Helen your channel is quickly becoming my favorite on KZbin - and I've tried countless yoga sites. This was a near perfect way to start the day. 👍Another perfect topic/content and perfect duration. I see it's useful for all those who are hard pressed on time n feel a psychological satisfaction that I can do this 25 mins than absolutely not doing anything nor have to stress about the psychological "half hour" or more!! 👍👍
