This is a 30 Minute Yoga Class led by Helen Cloots. I lead you through one of my favorite go-to flows to stretch and strengthen your entire body. This class is great for all levels and is beginner-friendly - just go at your own pace. Class was filmed in San Diego, California.

Great 30 minute class. Good workout with lots of breath work and many options given. This teacher has a ton of positive energy permeating from Oregon! A+ class and teacher!!

Thank you thank you thank you! I've been procrastinating lately on pretty much everything in my life including yoga, which led to mental and physical imbalance.. Somehow i knew i was one yoga practice away from getting back on the horse and I was right. This was so sweet and i enjoyed being back on my mat! Thank you Helen

Thank you Helen for this, and all the other great classes you're posting! I've had a break from yoga after my mom passed away as I couldn't find any energy for the practice, and thanks to you and your channel I am able to slowly get back to it. I can always find something here that suits my current energy level and I'm always feeling so much better afterwards. What you're doing is great and very important. Sending you lots of love.

As a relative beginner, I still find this the nicest way to spend half an hour when I have time for yoga. It's the perfect combination of variety, getting into all parts of the body (so perfect for mornings) and with a few gentle challenges thrown in (optional crow pose!). Helen, do you think you might one day do an hour-long version of this sort of thing? Adding in perhaps a bit more at the end like bridge pose? Thank you so much for this practice!

I've already done a couple of them... the sequences (and of course your perfect instruction) are wonderful, but I must admit I find the indoor practices claustrophobic. I've just realized that one of the things I really like about this "Favorite Flow" is that it's out in the open air. Those classes where you had to wear a mask, I find a bit depressing as they remind me of very gloomy times... 😥

Hi Helen! Long-time subscriber here. I am finally taking a yoga teacher certification class and my teacher has trained us to "find tadasana in every pose." She tells us this is essential. In practice I agree. Finding tadasana in half moon or even warrior 3 has helped me to find my Drishti while looking sideways and even towards the ceiling. This was something that was lost to me before I began using this note in my practice. I now wonder why someone would instruct practice with your feet together and big toes touching like you suggest in many of your earlier videos. Is this to help build core strength? I would love to hear your thoughts on this! Thanks in advance!

Hello! Thanks for your support over the years, and congratulations on doing your teacher training. I generally agree with the tadasana alignment in other asanas when it's possible and makes sense for the student (and it sounds like it does for you!). I personally take and was taught to do tadasana with my feet together, so that's why I talk about feet together and big toes touching. But I am also a big fan of allowing each student to find the alignment that makes sense for them. For many, that may be feet wider in poses. Does that answer your question?
