This is the perfect quick warm up. Got my whole body warm and moving before my run. I love that it is only 10 min. Sometimes after a 20+ min warm up I don't even want to work out.

this is perfect for me! i have me/cfs, so energy is limited. Yet i am improving :) this is the perfect vid to start me off re-conditioning my body after 5 years being housebound. Its short, not too complex, not too fast- i can ensure im using my body correctly AND follow the vid XD n boy! do i FEEL my muscles have been worked hehe

so i’ve just followed my first ever yoga session and youtube before i realised, you have to warm up before you start! i thought yoga was the warm up! is this warm up alone suitable to use before every yoga session or should i also be doing some cardio to get my heart rate up? thanks!
