Took two week of continuous training and finally my bird learned to play dead for 5 sec. I lost my job tho. Now we both play dead all day.

Like I said - not only do I not own a bird - nor ever have - nor am I looking to purchase and/or adopt a little budgie but i saw this in my suggested videos for some odd reason (???) lol. But my curiosity got the best of me and I had to come and see what this amazing-ness was all about. And wow- this bird is so awesome. Good job training him or her. You did a great job! You should be a professional bird trainer - if there is such a thing. Lol. The ending was the best just seeing birdie play dead along with the music and sound effects lol so cute !

GirlGamers SWE YES, PLEASE DO. it will be a excellent training experience for them. treats, as far as they go, can vary. if your bird likes apples, use diced apples as a treat, give him a piece when he is hood. or if he likes his greens, offer him a bight of some. or go to your local Walmart and look for one of those bird treat things in the pet section, they look like granola bars but are made for birds. break a piece and gif it to the bird

Hey hi I have these small baby parrot called rig neck parrots they are green and I am worried how ever its been 5 weeks and I've been feeding them cerelax occasionally and mostly fruits but may u tell me what should I give them for good nutrition.... hope u reply
@marty16627 жыл бұрын
mian fazle razik please look it up on Google, spend an hour or so researching, also there are many ringnec species, ring neckacaws, ring neck Amazon's, and I believe there are also ring neck cockatoos although I may be wrong, please do more research on the species and it's needs, you shouldn't have gotten the bird without all it's needs for at least the next month if not rest of it's life beforehand. I recommend you better never get another bird untill you learn how to properly introduce one into your home. that is like adopting a baby on your own, and then leaving it in a stroller in it's room and feeding it chips, it can't get all of it's nourishments from a bag of chips!!
@marty16627 жыл бұрын
mian fazle razik also I hope by cerelax you don't mean cerelac, as in baby food, or else you might just be one heck of work when it comes to bird ownership, also HOLY CRAP YOU GOT AN INDIAN RING NECK. here is an article about them, hopefully as a novice you can handle one as they are a 30+ year commitment. here is an article about them. www.thespruce.com/indian-ringneck-parakeets-390503

Hi...i have a cockatiel and i am trying to teach him to somersault on a perch.It has been nearly two weeks but he only completes half of rotation and then turns back.I am trying to figure how to make him flip at other side.He can fly and once or twice he did somersault accidently but i feel he is afraid.He can wave fetch turn around and it took him nearly a week to learn any trick.I am using stick and treat to lure him to fly around but the result is same.Any help would be greatly appreciated

i believe I'm too far from reaching that lvl of training, my budgies barely eat from my hand or step up my shoulders "rarely" , it became much easier now to get them back to their cage. but your vid was helpful. at least i know what to do after i completely gain their trust. thank you Flock-Talk subscribed as well

My budgie does not want to come on the flat surface for learning. She always learn on Tstand. But this trick requires the flat surface. Pls suggest how to do.
