Many people are not able to visit these world class academies for a variety of reasons. It's always Gui Mendez getting the spotlight as a teacher, which he's great at but does Rafa Mendez not teach at all any more? Or does he just pop in from time to time. We barely hear from him or seen him at all

Just curious how do these guys have multiple sports cars and their own houses by the beach? Not hating or envious, genuinely curious. Does teaching classes, privates and seminars and winning bjj competitions really pay that much? Or is it like a Dillon Danis situation? Cause these guys are living better than top level ufc fighters lol.

I think it's his wife's parent's house and I think the Porsche was a reward from his father who runs a successful auto-body shop. If you look at the wall, it's mostly pictures of him and his wife lol
