We make reference to the Flojet BW5000 in this video. These steps apply to install the Caffewerks accumulator Kit to ANY bottle water pump system, including the new Caffewerks CW5000 or any other Amazon/internet brand system. We have also upgraded out accumulator builds to be built around the Aquatec Pumps and accumulator systems.

Everything you need to install your single group home espresso machine. We provide all the parts to connect your machine from water pump to all fittings in between.
This system is designed for low volume use with coffee brewing equipment, mobile food carts, adventure vehicle builds. The addition of an accumulator will allow better pressure for your brewing equipment equipment and pitcher rinser and also keeps the pump from over cycling ( Turning on and off )
The kit is designed around 3/8" beverage tubing as a standard however we can supply additional fittings to match your current plumbing.

To which pressure did you set on the accumulator? Its recommended to set it 0.2 bar under pump cut-in pressure, but couldn't find this information any where!

We preset our acumulator pressure before shipment. If you need to make adjustments to your pressure, you can do so with a pressure regulator.

Would've been nice to hear the sound from it. I am switching to remin RO soon, but a vibe pump to feed my rota machine seems a step backwards

Sound is a hard thing to capture - because it is going to vary depending on where and how and what material you have your system in or on. A larger accumulator will keep the pump from cycling frequently. Check out our High Volume System!

Yes! You will need to convert your Mini to "direct plumb in" and then you connect the CW5000 water pump system!

Hello, The BW500 could be a great solution for your need. You would use the pump system with a fresh water tank, like a 5 gallon water cooler jug. Then you would want to connect some type of hose end for watering. This system shown, is for use with Espresso machines.

No, no need, but it may be helpful depending on what you are connecting to the system.

@@chookchack the accumulator does not increase / decrease pressure. It simply holds an additional amount of water to keep the pump from over cycling. Tgey are set to 15-20 PSI

We would recommend our medium volume system. This would provide minimal results.

That would not be possible with the BW5000, but the Caffewerks Medium Volume System (on our website) would be able to support both and our kits include a tee fitting to split the line.
