From watching multiple videos, I'm wondering if all you do to the carpet wears down the fibers that make the carpet what it is. The amount of squeezing and pushing with "rakes" and machines must do something!

It is fascinating to watch the cleaning process. My wife and I are curious about the startling amount of water used during the process. Here in the States water use is a big concern. Many regions here have limited fresh water available. I imagine, there in the UK being a small island nation fresh water is also a valuable commodity. Are y'all using some form of catchment and retention system to treat and reuse as much water as possible during the your process?

Most of the strangely dirty carpets have been used by their owners in workplaces and public places. Many carpets are used by the owner in the garden for weekend cleaning, but they are not properly maintained and many are used at work and outdoors. Some of the carpets that come to our center are due to flood damage, and some are due to sewage overflow damage
