@@Leo-bp5ns Roads were closed this morning in Smyrna. Forrest Hills between Belle Meade & Brentwood. Flash Flooding happens instantly, without warning. The interstates & roadways had much water this Am during rush hour. Flash Flooding happens instantly & disappears once it drains. You cannot tell if a road is flooded by looking at them, especially Flash Flooding.
