Flooding: Why it happens and how we can help

The animation, "Flooding: Why it happens and how we can help", has been developed to show the sustainable, catchment led approach to flooding implemented by the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009. The Three minute animation provides an overview of Scotland's approach to flood risk management, including how public bodies are working together to deliver local flood risk management plans.
