These events will repeat more often in close future. My advices to UAE country and cities planers and managers. Rebuild infrastructure to catch the water in the country. Less concrete, more nature areas with trees. Also areas with polders and trenches like India is building. Good idea is Investing to vehicle based and electric water pumps.
