She performed that song for the first on th Beste Zangers dutch TV show, everyone was waiting for her to go ful power but she choosed to go small, so clever from her. Yes Floor has a great voice and amazing vocal technique but, to me, her best quality (as a singer, she has other qualities as a human being) is her "sing-wise" intelligence : she always knows which technique, which "voice," to use for any song, any phrase, any verse...

I can't believe I haven't heard this performance before and, I never thought it could be possible, I feel this is even better than her performance of this in Beste Jangers. She has made a few subtle changes, but they really do enhance the song. Like you say, Floor can do no wrong!

Thank you for picking this version, Jynger! This is a special one for me as I was there together with my daughter, sitting on row 3 right in front of Floor. It was a magical evening! We all have our favorite versions (or covers or tributes or renditions). It's all a matter of personal taste and in the end Floor can do no wrong anyway (I'm not at all biased 😁). Personally I prefer the Beste Zangers performance because of how intimate and close up it is...but this is a close second! Plus I always get a giggle when the camera pans to Ruben being brought to tears on the first climax... "Face Your Demons" in THIS concert is AWESOME, too...Floor at her best storytelling!

You should also react to Floor and Tim Ackerman's duet of Shallow on Beste Zangers. it is phenomenal. Also shows off Tim's instrumental and vocal abilities as well. I think it would be a great reaction, as most only react to the solo version.

We love watching you get touched by her magnificent voice. For yourself, find the Beste Zangers version with the intro and outro translated into English. That, with the reactions of the other singers, will make you tear up even more. Unfortunately, using Beste Zangers performances for YT is not a good idea. Unless you pause incessantly, they will be blocked by Avrotros, the owner of the show. The one you need to find was translated by jenniezelf, although most of those have disappeared.

Phantom in BZ I so much prefer, but that is because the stage is so much smaller. If they had performed the Nightwish version standing much closer together it would have been better, there was just too much space on a larger stage and the intensity of the BZ performance was lost

@Mark Clements Hi Mark, I agree with you about Floor and Henk being so far apart, and also Henk being too casually dressed. I really didn't think he was taking it as seriously as Floor Anyway, I honestly still think Floor was great in this, but Henk was not what I expected. Hello Jynger I found out your channel a couple of days ago and have already watched all of the Nightwish videos. Since you like Nightwish so much it would be great if you did a special for your channel reacting to the Nightwish movie. Nightwish has a movie called Imaginaerum that came out in 2012 featuring the songs of the album with the same name. No youtube channel has reacted to this movie yet. It`d be great if you did!))
