It’s definitely worth it for the insulation alone in my opinion. Thanks for all these videos!

It was impressive buddy! I knew it was doing something but a 20+ degree difference after 30 min drive is nothing to ignore.

your thermometer read surface temperature, this is reflective surface so you read the temp like on a mirror, your low temp reading are the ceiling or you or whatever what it is but not the floor itself

Great video! Thanks for measuring the decibels so I don't have to. 😂

Not hammered yet. Seriously considering it though. I wish you guys who put in all the work had used a spectrum analyzer. As part of a restoration of my car I'm giving some serious thought to sound deadening mat in all the places because my M3 isn't heavy enough and more is better. A couple of decibels in the right places makes the stereo sound better. The insulation on hot day sounds epic.

Hey I already have the butyl stiless installed in the floor and roof, and the closed foam you installed here looks extremely interesting! Q: How well does the closed cell foam stick/ stay stuck on top of the butyl? Especially on the roof, you think it will stay stuck?? Thanks! Great videos! I learned about 4 way stretch vinyl from your previous video.

Hey thanks buddy - I’m glad you learned some tricks! It sticks darn good unless you stretch it I’ve found. If you pull the crap out of it, it likes to shrink back. I’ve had it installed for over a month with no issues on the firewall vertical surface! Pretty stout adhesive
