I do installation of this on yachts for a living 😎 easy stuff to work with if you create a template first and then do a cutout and then dry fit, then glue in sections that are taped together

why didn't you stagger the seems?

I didn't stagger it because I didn’t think I could do in in sections and keep in all lined up and clean. After I started I discovered that was a mistake and I could have staggered it without too much extra trouble. I still don’t mind the look and lots of real teak holly is put in using square sheets sort of like how I did it. But if I had it to do over again I will stager it just a bit.

Ok first attempt. But the Amateur layout destroyed the job. An Untrained observer might think it looks great but it would have been awesome if the the pieces were staggered to look like natural wood. Seems all lining up ruined the final job Just sayin🤪

With glue and everything is was about 700 Canadian.

I got it from www.nuteak.com/nuteak-applications/cflor-nautical-flooring-pictures. But i asked them for a local distributor and found one about an hour from where i lived.

How many square feet of material did you need?

For my boat is was 55 square feet. I had more but returned what I didn't use.
