Watching your videos make me feel like I don’t know anything about installing anymore. I had 12 years in and I was taught by an old school CFI guy and he used the power stretchers and mini stretcher and I’ve always kicked in. I’ve only had 1 call back in them 12 years and that’s the honest to gods truth. I have a 72ounce piece to install today. Furniture and rip out and I’m not looking forward to it.

When do you burn the seams between the hallway and bedrooms 2 and 3? After you stretch the hallway?

It takes me two or three times longer to do my job than it does the other guys at the Carpet store, but there is an upside to that I get paid more than the other guys at the Carpet store and plus I get the satisfaction of doing a great job

Hey Reuben I have the same power stretcher head , I’m having issues with the crappy locking pin part. When stretching it swivels out of place . Have anything similar happen?

No sir I have not, have you pushed the pin back down, if you run your stretch your head up on zero and push the pin all the way down it should stay put

It stays put for a couple stretches then the pin comes back and it swivels freely. Man I should’ve sticked with the #500 .
