I am up to date with the podcast and loving rewatching all of these episodes on KZbin. There’s something therapeutic about listening to Holly and Bridget together ❤
I'm so mesmerized by Bridget's hands lol. So graceful. Don't worry Holly, I have ADHD, we interrupt people all of the time lol.

You ladies are my new podcast binge 😊 I am also a sisters wife fan and OMG comparing and contrast Hef and kody with the control and pitting people against each other is really fascinating You ladies definitely had more fun living that life than actual polygamist lol 😂

I know Hef had his issues but I feel like Kody is a Waayyyy bigger douche bag than Hef was. They’re both obviously narcs that put on a show for everyone but at least Hef doesn’t suck the life and money out of every woman around him and abandon his children to the point where they want to harm themselves. I really wish they’d take Kody and Sobbin off of that show and just leave the women and kids. Sorry for my outburst but Kody really gets to me 😂

I remember being first married and my husband made some rude commit about my cooking, I took his plate and fed it to the dog.. I also remember it was his turn to do dishes, and he had let them set for two days playing video games. I took as many dishes as I could carry and Said, "OH you forgot theses!! really cheerful and dumped them on him in his bath.. His mother spoiled him terribly and he needed a wake up call.. I can't image trying to please a guy as spoiled as Hue, and I don't think you can.. the power dynamic is so huge..

You do know Marilyn Monroe NEVER received a dime from Playboy right? So no, none of this surprises me!! 😢
@jessicamarsh97797 ай бұрын
She never even consented to having her pics published in the magazine. They got away with it bc she took the pics when she was struggling financially before she got her big break, signed a waiver under the impression they’d never be used (naive of her but at the time a persons word was taken seriously). Then she started blowing up big, making a name for herself & Hef found out about the pics & bought them from the man who took them. She had zero affiliation with Playboy or Hef other then her pics being used without her consent. Idk if they’d get away with it nowadays 🤷🏽♀️
@faithbustos6113 ай бұрын
@@jessicamarsh9779 I love Marilyn but her pictures were public and for sell.. she sold the pictures.. if u sold your nude pictures and someone else owned them.. anyone could buy them and publish them. so you def could ‘get away’ with this today. don’t sell pictures u don’t want bought.. if u have no right to the picture it doesn’t matter if u didn’t want them sold to a second party until that is in the contract u signed. u can not like that or think it’s weird someone bought nudes that the person didn’t take for your magazine and publish them.. but at the end of the day the photos were public and able to be bought for any use.

Playboy never had a large number of African American or Hispanic playmates. That was not their market. Even at the Playboy Club Chicago were there is a large minority population there were only a few playmates of color. I remember a lovely Hispanic woman being photographed during the TGND and the photographer fell in love!! The African American models were going to VIBE, The Source, King and even Jet featured Black models. Noteworthy the 4th best selling issue of Playboy featured Latoya Jackson.

@kariwick-InnerPeaceCoaching Жыл бұрын
Not sure if they/Holly (who does the editing) will do this. She said she did NOT do this when she was reacting to the GND show here on youtube, because the videos would be flagged/taken down for copyright infringement. Holly also said she has to be careful with videos/youtube to not say the word ‘playboy’ very much - or again it might be taken down/flagged. That’s why she really wanted to start the podcast = so she could speak her mind without worrying about being censored🌞

Whose idea was it to put out this propaganda as Holly puts it so well? The show was huge and influential to young women so it has me wonder. Interesting too how even Hef’s staff was messy as Bridget noted with the office being messy and hoarder like. Almost like after working for him so long it makes me wonder if they started to take after him in that way. I think you should sue about not getting the residuals.
