Sooooo many people have requested this video, and here we are, FINALLY!
This video has been on the cards for so long, but with the amount of running I've been doing, I've not felt able to also film in the gym... but with my little ankle niggle at the moment, it's the perfect time to share what I usually do in my 1-3x per week gym session!
