When I lived in Virginia Beach, VA in the 80s, someone there had a geodesic dome house. To this day, it's the only one I've ever seen.

I much prefer your adverts than what seems to be the new norm on yt. The first was 32 minutes, the second 60 minutes and some, and the last one that I could and did handle was a minute something. Unfortunately, the one after the last was another 30 minutes and something. I don’t think it’s fair to the channel creators like yourself, because who wants to put all that time in to support you and such? We’d much prefer to hit the skip button. On a different note, I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like with this desert home on all of those beautiful acres. Wow! Absolutely stunning, and another great thing...he’s willing to share it with others who are willing to pay for this journey. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a long waiting period either. Thank you for another great video and to the people willing to share their home. Another outstanding and professional video. You’re getting really good at this and have been for awhile. And the advertisements that you create are always interesting and never skipped through because of the interest you peak to your originality. Pretty cool.

My father was part of the Cathedralite dome home company in the early 80’s. Classic, self supporting structure.

I so much wanted to have one of those from Cathedralite built in the Blue Ridge Mountains back in the early to mid 80’s when I was in my 20’s. I had all the brochures and information. But unfortunately I never got to realize my dream. Now it’s a bit to late to do that…. Unless it’s a beach home.

What I found, especially during those times… and even now, is that it takes an extraordinarily strong rogue spirit to overcome the poo poo sayers and critics of visionaries like Frank Loyd Wright. Today Elon Musk is bringing back the visionary spirits like Tesla. Let’s just hope he can bring back the visionary spirits that the mainstream naysayers want to enslave all of us under without them for control. The controlling elite society will not stop in it’s quest to profit off quashing the dreams of innovators and visionaries until they can profit off it. Your father must have been one of those innovators… you hold that heritage within your spirit.

@@academaciated7466 I started a broad list of names and probably should have done it earlier in life. Perhaps you can add a few names, from time to time, that I haven’t added yet. I wish they taught about these people in school today. I think we would certainly live in a greater world now.

The off grid system of this beautiful home is a perfect example of how it is possible to have all the comfort of an on-grid home. 👍🏼

For the septic tank issue, you can buy concrete risers that sit on top of the tank and bring the access point up to the surface. They make them with metal manhole covers like they have in city streets, so you would be able to put concrete right up to the riser lid and still have access to the tank.
