Omaya I have the exact same issue with the sun and heat irritation on my hands and feet. The only solution I’ve found that has worked so well for years is a thick layer of sunscreen. I put hydrocortisone cream on if it starts to flare up, which only happens when I forget sunscreen on hot sunny days. Hope that helps!!

Get a really good sun screen preferably SP50 with little or no fragrance. That helps

The rash sounds like a heat rash. I get rashes like that sometimes if I am in the sun and I found the best thing was to take an antihistamine

You are probably allergic to the sun and may need an Antihistamine like someone mentioned before. Your skin is very sensitive. Beautiful vlog. Happy birthday Moe.

it could be sun allergy, the same thing happens to me, I get tiny little blisters whenever I'm exposed to the sun too much, SPF lotions help.

I get the same thing on my arms and face as well even with sun screens!!! My arm gets red and itchy and get these bumps and it hurts even from when am driving and my arm is exposed to the sun. The only thing that I find calm it down is Aloe Vera the plant! I slice it open and put it on my arm like a cream! Please let me know if anything helps b/c struggle is real in the summer!!!

If you put sunscreen or sunblock on your hands and feet before sun exposure it will be ok. You wont get skin rashes. I can't remember what it's called but if your google itchy skin after sun exposure it will tell you everything. But the main thing is to protect your skin.

Not everyone eats halal. However we can eat meat from the people of the book. Perhaps some people have the opinion that Italy is a christian country and therefore they can eat meat. It's easier to just mind our own business. 🌸

I forgot to comment this yesterday but my mom has the same problem. She gets like red rashes on her hands or like sometimes her face. But she would use aloe Vera. So u can get like aloe Vera gel to cool down the pain and the burn. Try that out maybe and tell me how it works. 😊 hopefully it gets better inshallah.

AsalaamuAlikum, I have the same issue with my skin. When my body over heats I start to get red and itchy especially on my hands as well. My doc prescribed me a topical steroid cream to keep it at bay. I also live in south Florida so it makes it hard to totally cure it. InshaAllah May Allah give you shiffa Ameen.

I’m American and only eat halal meat. It does make things a bit more challenging sometimes, but complete obedience Allah is more important. You’ll find if someone is eating non halal meat, they are also not doing a lot of other things they are obligated to do in Islam.

@@lf5636 Alhamdoelilaah! I said that because i saw leena also eats non halal food, which realy shocked me. I’m from Europe (Amsterdam) and i just cant imagne eating food which is not halal. There are plenty of options to eat halal, you just have to know the places or search for it.. and when you’re on vaction just eat vegetarian in stead of steak. Its just something i dont understaaaaaanndddd -.-

@@laarabian4445 exactly if I travel somewhere that I cannot get halal meat, I just eat vegetarian and seafood. There really is no excuse these days, we have so many options for food. Many Muslims today just don’t care about the rules of Islam and they do what is more enjoyable for them sadly
