Love your teachings. I am 76 with some nerve damage and still want to paint and I have. My main problem is/are many which is good for meet the challenges.

Look into lions mane niacin and psilocybin mushroom microdoses. The combination rebuilds the myelin on the end of nerves I was hit by a car and my leg was really messed up and it’s done wonders with gaining feeling and movement back.
