no HOA, No land fees, no condos to share with section 8 welfare renters.. just buy land you own.. dont fall for karens tell you to pay month to month fees to keep your flowers a certain color nonsense

More and more buyers are looking for no HOA’s and like you , see buying land and building as an alternative. However, buying land and constructing a home could mean no HOA but also no water, sewer or internet services. It’s very doable but many home buyers don’t feel comfortable.
