What a fun packed girls trip!! You ladies saw a ton of cool and interesting stuff! I liked the laid back itinerary y’all had too. I think my favorite part of the trip was being by the water so much. The sound of the waves and looking around at all the sea life was so relaxing! I have never been to the Keys, but I feel like I have after watching this little series. Thank you for filming and sharing so we could all tag along with y’all!

Thank you for sharing our adventure. 💙🙏🏼We really went for the laid back, easy going trip. We didn’t have a packed agenda, but rather just did whatever it was we stumbled upon and felt like. It was great!

Great views, sandy beaches, butterflies, colorful birds & iguanas, big iguanas. The history of the keys and how people struggled to get to the United States from Cuba on just make sure boats that would scare me to death to be on the open ocean. You have beautiful daughters they have lovely smiles, and you all seem to have just a great time togetherwarms my heart. Look forward to your next video. Stay safe be happy and God bless you.❤😊

I have a friend in Orlando. I keep putting off visiting due to me not liking hot and humid weather. The Keys might be the best place for me to explore with him, sometime in the months Jan to March. Having your girl time adventure looks fun.

I hope you get to visit! The Keys are wonderful! Florida, in general, is almost always hot and humid, but we do have cooler months that are more pleasant to be outside. Normally, that’s between late October to March. It’s such a coin toss though. Sometimes, it still feels unseasonably hot, but it’s not as unbearable as May-September.

Thanks for sharing your family get together and trip. That's very interesting to hear about the area. My sister and family lived in Florida a long time ago and I remember them talking about this area. My mother-in-law lives in Florida but can't think of the name of the area at the moment. I'm from Pennsylvania and I prefer the mountains to Florida. I was only there once in 2017. Haha 😅 I'm not into Iguanas or crawling things or Roosters near where I'm at. I've been attracted by several roosters over the years and have no interest in seeing them up close. 😜😅👌👣 I've missed watching your videos but I'm glad that you've chosen to spend time with your family. You have some beautiful daughters and an amazing family. Enjoy the rest of your summer. God Bless! 💖🙏😇

Those iguanas were huge! I love Key West but not in the summer.. humidity, bugs and big crowds. Usually you can just walk up to the southernmost bouy in October (my favorite month to visit) The scenery looked beautiful..part of that jungle area reminded me of the AT! I'm glad you had a great time!

Yes, the iguanas were huge and everywhere! It was definitely very hot! As with most things here in Florida, it’s probably a bit over in the fall. 😂 We had a great time. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Lol, those iguanas were eyeing you up, and everytime you panned the camera there were more of them. I was laughing watching that, and then LB said what I was thinking - they're swarming us!

Omgosh that seems funny that there are chickens and roosters there at that hotel. Cute tho!! Is that your hiking umbrella? That boat “graveyard” was interesting ! Can you imagine traveling that way!!? It must have been terrifying!!! Do the lizards bite? (They are so pretty)! They must keep bugs at bay!!??? The butterflies and birds were beautiful!! So many of them!!

The chickens were interesting! 😂 Yes, that was my hiking umbrella. It’s hard to imagine being in one of those chugs. Remarkable! I don’t know if the iguanas bite. They didn’t bite us luckily. They seemed friendly.

Wow those Iguana’s are so huge … do they just roam around Florida freely? My sister had a baby one. His name was Alberto. Crazy how free they seem
@wildflowersadventures4 ай бұрын
They are!! Huge!! And very bold and a bit overbearing. They are an invasive species down here in the Keys. They have not made it up to Central Florida yet.

Those iguana probably get fed by the guests, they look like beggars 😆

The chugs were so interesting. The risks taken with hopes of something better. Ibis Bay Resort was awesome! Hopefully you didn't fry too bad waiting for a buoy pic. It was heartwarming seeing you all together making happy memories. You and Brian have raised wonderful children MB. Thank you for taking us along! Take care everyone. 😊 ✌️

Thank you so much. That means a lot to us. We are very proud of our children. Our pride and joy! And yes, can you imagine being on one of those chugs. I was glad to experience them quietly and in an uncrowded experience. See you on the next adventure. 😊

Those boats are more sturdy than the inflatable ones being used by migrants crossing the channel from France to Southern England. It's a shorter crossing than Cuba to the Keys, at between 25 and 40 miles depending on the route, but the water is cold and often rough. There are strong tides too. The immigrants are from many countries; Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, to name a few. They are mostly migrants seeking a better life than 'refugees' and as such are usually not given permission to stay. There's a problem in sending them home though...the home nations won't accept them back. So, they stay here in accommodation paid for by Government.

Are Iguanas native to Florida or an invasive species?
@wildflowersadventures4 ай бұрын
From what I understand, they are invasive to Florida.

They are Iguanas not Lizzzards😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

😂😂😂 I was jumping and yelling because there was a big lizard (not iguana) between the slider and the bed. It jumped at me and startled me! 🤣 Good times!!
