Knowing you through your videos Robert your advice is always appreciated. I agree with you that to be around where people are disrespectful is not worth the hassle, it makes for bad company. As always though a great video with a view. Thanks Robert.

I love your videos of the Keys. I was born in Miami in 1942 and fished the Keys with my Dad till The late 50's. I then moved to GA. I can't believe how it has changed. I love the drone shots. I am in Kings Creek now and just off the snapper creek expressway. I go to Key Biscayne all the time by bike (look at my cover photo) . Hit St. Augustine. That's my home town. Love it. You will too. Best town in Florida and oldest town in the US. Liking your videos btw. Great job filimgnand editing. Very helpful and fun to watch. I am in Oregon now. It's to rainy. But is worth the visit in summer.
@TravelingRobert7 жыл бұрын
Yes, been to St. Augustine a couple of times... usually on the way north from South Florida. It is a fun place to stop. I've only done the touristy stuff though, haven't been to the beach yet. Maybe this summer I'll go back.
@CaptainMyCaptain337 жыл бұрын
TravelingRobert Well, that's kind of my point. Lots of touristy things to do here and it make good video. Go when El Galleon is in from Spain, do the fort and walk downtown. I think will surprise a lot of viewers. The beach in St. Augustine is great, but...it's no Siesta Beach (one of my favorites) in Sarasota on the Sun Coast. But it's pretty good. Food, I really like the Floridian - but that's my personal preference. They moved to Spanish street into a new build...err house. And I have not been in that new one yet. But same menu. So. Anyways. Would make a good video.

Another nice video of the Keys...We will be base camping (actually hotelling) in Key Largo so we are between Miami and Key West..any recommendation on where to eat local cuisine, seafood...buffet along the Keys? Where is the best Key Lime pie?
@TravelingRobert7 жыл бұрын
In Key Largo Mrs. Mac's kitchen comes to mind for the key lime pie. The Fish house is also really good. In Key West, Blue Haven for the ambiance, the fish, and the unique key lime pie too... but it is hard to find a bad restaurant in Key West. As far as buffet, there's Whale Harbor in Islamorada, but I haven't been there in quite a while so it might have changed. All you can eat crab legs and other seafood. Anyways, have a great time in the Keys!

The beauty of an RV.... Don't like your neighbors or campground you can easily leave, I'm stuck with my unfriendly neighbors but not for much longer... Rving very soon..... Question Robert. How do you get the GoPro mounted on RV to last so long? Is it wired to RV battery or do you use some sort of extra capacity battery?
@TravelingRobert9 жыл бұрын
I am actually looking into getting an extended battery but no, nothing so sophisticated. I have extra batteries and just stop and climb up on the roof every two hours or so.

Hi Robert, Awesome job and I like how you told the truth about the campground, I will avoid them when I come down next year. What happen at the end of the video..? the other side of that pull out looked really steep. Did you get out of there without hurting your RV?

+redjaguar100 Yeah, we got our fine. Luckily I had bought brand new tires recently so traction was good. Unfortunately the memory card ran out at the precise moment.
