Norvell has single handedly killed the FSU football program by not recognizing and accepting the lack of players and coaches play on the field and making drastic changes to his staff and players earlier!!!! I have no confidence in Norvell or his ability to recruit and build a championship team!!! Norvell should be on a short leash and in no uncertain terms notified that this will be his last year at FSU if he doesn't have a 10 win season next year!!! He doesn't get 10 million per year to lose!!!

No way Norvell hired Malzhan, that is a terrible hire. Someone up above him made this hire. Flat terrible. UPDATE: I had to go do research on this terrible hire and it does look like Norvell worked under Malzhan at Central Mich, geez FSU is cooked. FSU gonna be the new Nebraska. Gonna take years to clean this mess up.

This is all on Mike Norvell and Alex Atkins. We had one good OL player and he transferred from Notre Dame. These guys neither recruited nor developed one guy on the OL in 5 years.
