22:50 I'd plug it with Palmetto St Augustine. It'll do well with that shade and it is aggressive. It'll take a year. I plugged an area about 600 square feet with 48 plugs of Palmetto on the side of my house. It's been 3 years and it's packed thick. It's handled the shade very well.

Think we'll ever get a liquid version of stress blends for those of us who prefer to spray? Green County has a 9-0-1 and 0--0-26 - but ya don't carry the 9-0-1 in the store to "make my own" haha.

You should add on the app a three tier system where a tier one is low amount of applications just basic stuff to get by and then a tier 3 is balls to the wall enthusiast level applications

As a professional I think you should stick to one fungicide for your turf in your area , Florida, and that’s eagle 20w. Forget propicinazole, that stuffs for plants. At least for me here in north Texas. Much respect tho.

I like Eagle alot - it is the same chem class as Prop and works great. When I was up north, we used it for apple scab on crab apple trees. It worked really well.
