As it is not illegal to go about armed. The premis for action in terry vs ohio ( armed and dangerous) is also diminished by the legislatures act.

I believe it was an anonymous tip that got Daniel Shaver executed by the police while lying face down pleading for his life. BTW, he was unarmed.
