I used to think doubling down on mowing was the easiest thing to generate new revenue for our business, but I have changed my mind. This may be the case for SOME, but not for EVERYONE. Just so everyone is clear, MOWING built my business and is what financed our home build as well as my wife going part time. You really can make great money just mowing... BUT.... The path of least resistance to put bigger MARGIN in our business was by adding some HIGHER PROFIT services such as sod and EASY TO EXECUTE landscaping. Notice we don't do paver patios, pergolas, retaining walls, synthetic turf etc... The landscaping services I have zeroed in are what I consider LOW HANGING FRUIT. What do you guys think about adding some HIGH MARGIN services in addition to your steady mowing revenue???

Just did my first "big" landscape job this month. Took out a small front lawn with a dingo and put down river rock to replace it. Made over $3k in a few days and while it was a lot of work for a solo guy, the profit and simplicity of a single ticket has gears turning in my head. Landing a couple of those a month could seriously bump up my revenue

I’m proud that you saw the light and bought the Vermeer. I don’t know how we ever did it before!

This video is something I’ve been slowly thinking of transitioning to. I’m in lawn care solo but this year I brought a dump trailer just for random jobs. Now I’m really debating a mini skid. Also I could use the mini skid for some task around the property…

First to post. lol. Anyway I started landscaping this year and this is only my second year. I started late last year mowing only. I started doing just mulch and rock beds. I don’t have what you mentioned of course but I wanted higher returns than what mowing was giving me. Now I’m prepping with that money for a chemical sprayer and a snow blower for the front of my walker mower.

Love your vids. Quick question, do you keep your lawn care pricing the same in the winter?

Hi bro , I have one question, what type of license I need to do landscaping like small landscaping. A client told me if I can send them my license. Do we need it in Florida bro?

Is moasure a subscription where you pay a monthly fee indefinitely, or is it a one time purchase?

One and done which is a huge selling point for me. I hate subscriptions
