I was too sleepy to get upset. Turned over and went right back to sleep. Come on , it wasn’t like a false alarm that said the sky was falling. I’m sure everyone went back to sleep. It’s not likely to happen again. I’m not turning my alert off. You just never know.

It was annoying and pissed me off. Couldn't get back to sleep and felt like crap all day, but it's not worth the governor demanding accountability. LOL Talk about a spoiled brat! I was one of the peeps who were scared by this dang test alarm. I had woken up to get a water, because my mouth was dry. I set my water bottle on my nightstand, and lay back down to go to sleep. I’m barely awake, falling back asleep, and all of a sudden I hear this loud af “BEEEEEEP. BEEEEEEP. BEEEEEP,” coming from my phone. Scared the living hell out of me 😭

It’s usual like used for emergencies and normally if testing they notify people and will do it during the day. What are you even talking about with some of your comment? Lol It’s also probably been built in a lot longer then 5-6 years and also just so you know USA is not the only country that does the tests. Hawaii also had an accidental alarm go off. So yes this was a mistake and they have made similar mistakes before.

@@spacetot1o160 if you want to take the hawaiian accident as an example, you should consider that when that happened the message itself didn't have the "test" written there, when in this case it clearly says that it is. and im sorry for saying that it has been built-in for the past 5-6 years, im stuck in 2020. i myself live in ukraine, where they did tests like this one without actually notifying people the day prior, so i can't consider this a mistake as by my own experience, for as long as the message clearly says that the emergency alarm was a test no announcement has to be made. i really do think with all certainty that this emergency alarm wasn't a mistake, as just eight days prior to this new report a devastating flash flood took place in florida. i am sincerely sorry for my bad english
