It is sort of cooler here in East Texas... 89 degrees F.. but with humidity index of 98 degrees. Last week it was absolutely horrible...100+ degree temps with 98% humidity. Just taking my dog Elmo outside was so miserable.. you came in the house absolutely soaked with sweat. The Silver Needle Retreat sounds just amazing. I am so happy for You that you got to not only go, but go with Your friends. I am looking forward to Your other flosstube with the other 2 retreats on it. Hi Teresa! I can't wait to get the Santa book. I loved the Santa with the teddy bear and Raggedy Ann which I had as a child (still do!) so I am glad that is included. That will be the 1st time stitching your designs. Good for you, saying no to retreats. My parents are around that age and it is important to spend time with them.

It was so nice to meet you at the Silver Needle retreat. That was my first and I loved every second of it. It was fun to watch your recap and relive it. I forgot to comment on your other floss tube, but I prefer color charts. Black and white are so hard for me to see. Everything blends together. If I see before hand that a chart is b & w, I won’t buy it unless I totally fall in love with the piece. Glad you gave yourself permission to say no to some things. You have to do what is right for your family.
