i know you wrote this awhile ago, but i can assure you, you can unlock unfounded speed if you train for it. you have to change your lifestyle if you want to be a d1 athlete - it’s intense, but if you want it you can get it :)

What altitude do you workout at? If you all run a lot in the morning dark I can let you try a light belt I’ve come up with. The roads looked long and straight, but some of those trucks went by kind of quick on the asphalt.

They usually record a bunch of stuff and post it on their website but only allow access if you have a subscription, but once they need something new to post here they post it on KZbin. It’s very monetary based for milesplit and flotrack.

This workout looks like long tempo or long threshold pace, and the runners are Millers, the contribution of aerobic system is the principal way. Events like 1500/mile have to 70% of aerobic contribution and 28% anaerobic. While aerobic system gains for this type of athlete are between 65-75%vVo2max, what might it be like to work in a zone that comprises neither a base pace nor a race pace? How important can zone 2 be for these athletes? Thanks
