Jamaica is poor in comparison to those states. Jamaican athletes look forward to attending Boys and Girls championship in Jamaica next The Carifta games which is held in different Caribbean Islands each year. Then the track season, is ended with going to the Penn realys and that is the icing on the cake for them.Jamaican schools has been sending athletes to the Penn Relays since 1964. The big mistake the CB runner made was looking around. If he had just run the same out of breath he would have at least got a medal or win but excellent win for JC team.
@Keepdapocket7 ай бұрын
That’s the obvious mistake, it the REAL mistake is his coach. He should have been in his ear telling him, “when you have a lead like this, go out hard first 200, then rhythm run the next 300 hundred. Pace a little down the next 100, then bring it home. This is so you can respond. The Jamaican runner did so much to close the distance he would have had a burst. Even if he tried, in his mind, he would be thinking that’s all this kid got.
@user-nf4bq2ql7uАй бұрын
@@Keepdapocket no actually he is my brother, he reached his physical limit while racing people four years older than him, the mistake is you, who probaly isnt a runner, judging a guy who wouldve ran a half mile in 1:50
@KeepdapocketАй бұрын
@@user-nf4bq2ql7u I would give you my credentials, but it’s the internet and doesn’t matter. The obvious mistake, brother or not, is your brother’s coaxh. Don’t come on here giving excuses he reached his physical limit. That just tells me his coach ran him too much; trained him too much for too long. He is burnt out. You told on yourself. So, it’s either your brother didn’t listen about how to run, or his coach doesn’t know the strategy. The strategy I stated is very elementary and known by every single track runner with experience! Take those excuses elsewhere. Don’t care if it’s your brother. He messed up or his coach messed up. You decide which one did
