Pretty cool how sometimes in a young runner's journey to greatness there are certain years where a lifetime of preparation all comes to fruition. In 2024 this kid set the ncaa indoor record in the 5k, got 4th against pros at the trials and because of that 13:03 pr got to go to the olympics, PLACED TOP TEN at the freakin olympic final, and then goes on to defend his ncaa xc title. He could easily be the next galen rupp / the next grant fisher. Super excited for his future
