I keep showing up, just as I am! This is the furthest I have gotten in the 30 day challenge. I don’t have a tranquil quiet space. I am creating it in me! This has been my most valuable lesson from this series. I am extremely appreciative of you for helping me accept that it’s not about the space or the clothes or if I’m feeling perfect. It’s what I bring to the practice, with my breath and my focus and my curiosity ❤

You are showing up with honesty and your best self. That is everything right there. We have the tools we need within ourselves. Last year I was surrounded by chaos and noise. You know, I fell off this wagon on Day 3, but I'm still going to do it -- all 30 days, too. I mean, who says I can't do it later in January through February? Just wanted to say this to encourage others who haven't been keeping up. Let's do it anyway!

Absolutely! Most other years I have done it at my own pace, life happens and the main thing is making practice fit with your life, so happy to see you continuing to show up for yourself and making the practice work for you 🎉

Exactly, don't let perfectionism hold you down. It's not realistic to expect of yourself to actually do it every single day anyway. 👍🏻👍🏻

I love that this year's series are all under 30 minutes which makes it more attainable for every day practice. Not that I don't love Adriene's long workouts, but for 30 days it was the perfect timing to fit it into daily life

I also appreciate the shorter practices. I have been having trouble with motivation to get out of bed in the mornings. But I am able to fit in 20 minutes!

I also appreciate the shorter workouts as someone trying to get fit at the beginning of the journal. I've almost not gotten on the mat till I've seen the practice for the day was 20 minutes. That's a motivator for me. Just enough to get the body moving.

I've been doing the daily practice and then adding an old video to get more time in (but my schedule is pretty open and allows for it). Seeing comments like these reminds me that different people have different lives and levels of business to attend to - and I appreciate the perspective. Some people need more, some people need less, but we all show up.

Is it just me? Is this 30 Day Flow Journey somehow just incredibly special? Every day there is something increasingly powerful and almost magical. The physical, spiritual and emotional elements all just seem to be tapped into and explored, embraced and celebrated in a huge warm hug of love, acceptance, support and friendship. Each day I leave my mat with an honest smile both inside and out. I forgive myself if I miss a day due to long shifts and just catch up the next day. I laugh when I wobble and just re-set with a smile. Each day is my new favourite, they are all just so wonderful. Thank you Adriene (and Benji of course)❤. Completely free of charge and with so much love, you offer us a way to change our lives for the better. ❤❤❤❤

My only goal in life is to be as unbothered as Benji, he gave me a good giggle in this one 😂 I also had another little laugh as I’m not quite flexible enough to get from squat to a seat and tumble every time but oh my goodness isn’t it so much fun! Love love loved this session! Big love to everyone I get to practice with each day 💗

hi everyone. I want to say that I'm giving up on this challenge… Sort of.. I'm 21 years old, and after a huge mental health scare and a year in recovery, yoga has become a haven for me. I have an anxiety disorder that made me anxious about sport and activities, so growing up I did very very little. My body was very weak. During my recovery, yoga became a way of finding strength- but also it was the biggest healer for my mind and to ease my anxieties. It’s taught me so many things- the biggest one being learning when it’s too much for my body. On Jan 1st I did my first day on the challenge, an hour before I left to migrate to Australia for 6 months (day 2 and 3 completed in my hotel in China!) I’m an au pair, travelling and suddenly my schedule has completely changed, I’m finally living my dream that I thought I would never ever do. so the last few days, my body has been exhausted, I could hardly move I just needed sleep, so I missed days and now I am behind. Today I said: ‘I’m not going to be angry with myself, I’ve put too many goals on my plate and my body needs to come first’. I will complete the last few days at the end of the challenge. In yoga, there’s no such thing as failure. Thank you Adrienne, you helped me change my life ❤️

What a journey of self discovery you have been on. I love your self awareness, honesty and vulnerability. It makes you strong and resilient. Keep coming to the mat as a little bit of yoga goes a long way. You don’t need to finish the 30 days in real time just when you have the time and energy. Giving yourself permission is a brilliant first step. Well done. Good luck with the au pair job x

Well done you for being honest with yourself and for giving yourself the freedom to return to the challenge when you are ready. At the end of the day,this is what it's all about.I regularly have to substitute asanas in the practice as major cancer surgery makes some positions impossible for me. Adrian has taught me to.laugh when I can't quite get there and feel proud of myself when I do. Good luck with your new job. What a brave soul you arexx

Good morning! It's so funny that today Adriene should mention not having the perfect sanctuary; My sister and her daughter are staying in our tiny house and I have just done this session in the pitch black of my bedroom, squeezed between the end of my bed and the wall; lights off and earphones in so as not to disturb my daughte who is sleeping in my bed! 😂 Perfect day to find my balance ❤ Thank you Adriene and Benji. Setup sounds very familiar 😂 ...and balancing poses in the dark are next level. When I actually get to practise in daylight or with lights switched on, they often appear to suddenly be so much easier. Just now, my swaying tree and I were looking for a shadow on the dark wall to focus on 😂

That was the most comical practice I’ve had yet - my three year old joined me. She stripped down to her birthday suit, announced she needed a poo, brought her potty in to do said poo, and managed to do many of the poses with me. We loved lions breath together. I laughed my way through it and had a great time. My truth when I allow it to be as it is (poo and all). Thank you Adriene and Benji❤

The truth is this community and journey is helping me so much during an extremely rough month. There’s so many things going on right now in my life, (mainly my dad being in the hospital now for over 3 weeks), that could easily keep me away from doing this journey this year. This is my release and thank you all for being here with your lovely comments and thank you Adriene for providing this time for me to release any stress and anxiety and show myself some self love. So very thankful for it all from the bottom of my heart💕

Guys and gals, I woke up at 6 am to do this before work. I’ve never in my life practiced yoga this early, even after practicing for 6 years. That goes to show that change and transformation can be slow but it sure is possible. Also kudos to all who have made it this far, at any point. You showed up and that’s the hardest part! Way to go!

I'm really struggling this January, after ending one chapter of my academic work while not having moved on to the next quite yet, being sick with covid for 2 weeks and feeling like there's not enough sunlight. I'm a little late in the challenge but doing it right into February. Just wanted to say thank you to Adriene for often doing the less demanding option with the less fit amongst us. Like holding on to the wall for the quad stretch or barely ever showing her full chaturanga-up dog. Most yoga teacher both online and offline show options to modify but still show off their peak pose. this then becomes the default and a source of competitiveness and makes many people feel inadequate despite all the talk of "listen to your body" / ignore others. Adriene not only talks about kindness to yourself but is an active and authentic role model in how to actually DO that. THANK YOU!

Enjoyed this practice! There was too much uppy downy flow for my body today (dizzy heart thing) so freestyled a lot of it on my back 😊. You all joined me eventually 😂 Took a few goes to get that lion breath but it’s pretty cathartic! Thanks Adrienne, Benji and team 🙏

Loved this practice. When Adrienne says “Thank you for showing up and sharing your time and energy with me” I feel so empowered and proud I took the time to invest in myself. When she says “I see you tomorrow” I really look forward to the next day. This makes the end of the video one of the most important parts for me in the practice but also in my day. Namaste. ❤

I love today’s quote! I just wrapped up teaching Tuesdays with Morrie to my juniors this year, so this connected for me. “You’re not a wave; you’re part of the ocean.” Mysteriously, someone placed in my school mailbox yesterday a note that read, “Breathe in and out. Repeat forever.” It made me smile and think of yoga:)

I had to laugh today in down dog, because when we did that first lion's breath I had not swallowed and I drooled all over. Oh dear. Haha. Hope everyone has a nice day! Keep your balance and calm your breath. I'll try remember this today. After a tricky day at work yesterday, I didn't get much sleep. As well as turning on my diffuser, I lit 2 candles before yoga. This period will pass and work's just one aspect of my life. Thank you to Adrienne and this community. This has helped me today.

Adriene, I just want to thank you so much for all that you do and stand for! *(I am doing your yoga before I head to the polls in New Hampshire to work and hand out ballots and check people off!) Vote when you can!!! I just wanted to let you know that what I appreciate about the 30 Day Yoga this Jan (2024) is the amount of time each one is. I LOVE that I have time to do these every day and that is what helps me this (JAN) session, is that most are within 20-25 minutes and that is very doable for me....AND so appreciated!! It may even be how I show up each morning knowing I do have time today to do this!!! I spread the word about YWA to anyone who will listen!! *(I am now a retired RN) but when I was practicing (43 years total), I had my diabetes patients tune into you because you are so welcoming and approachable and doable and they (those who listened), found you wonderful as well! I can only hope they are still hooked like I am! Thank you, THANK you, THANK YOU!!!

Good morning All!💕 I realised during this practice that my truth today is that I am feeling insecure and it was affecting my focus however by the end of practice I was at least gald to remember that I was doing the premier with a bunch of you guys and taking that final breath to close brought me back to community which was comforting. My truth is also that I can experience many emotions at once without attaching to any one too intensely ❤ lots of love to you all

Never feel badly if you have to miss a few days here and there! Just return the next day that you can. I am doing day 22 more than a week late, but have now been following Adrienne for 4 years and feeling so much better both physically and mentally. And congratulations to Benji! We have all seen him angling for it for years, but don't believe he has ever before succeeded in spending the whole session on Adriene's mat.

Yesterday's practice: My affirmation was "I choose happiness." I have been in a rough place for the last 2 plus weeks. I had decided yesterday to focus on saying positive affirmations instead of negative ones. For example: "I am/will be ok" instead of "I am a mess". Then I did your practice and chose the happiness affirmation. God has sent you to help me and I am so grateful! I just did a HIIT workout with a family member of mine this morning and had so much fun! Your practice followed and helped me stretch and cool down and get ready for my day. I love the balancing poses! Thank you Adriene and cutie Benji!

Flow Day 22:01:24✅✨ Truth✨.I love Adriene and Benji💞😊 and this awesome YWA community...You all have kept me sane❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾 This by far has been the best 30 days Yoga journey... it's perfectly timed and just flows from one to the another in 20mins max! I've looked forward to each, every morning, i feel more alive and more energetic and we can revisit month after month. Honestly ,everyone that's still here.well done💕💪🏾, everyone that's playing catch up, or missed some days or weeks, you've got this! we are rooting for you, keep going💪🏾✊🏾🧘🏾‍♀️❣️ Adriene, i'm eternally grateful for the challenging days and imy entire body, mindset thanks you always. Day 22! I just love watching Benji laying on the yoga mat while Adriene maneuvers around him. Forward folds would be so much more pleasant with a Benji to greet us! He's so sweet!! Loved the practice today. I can tell that my legs are stronger!

This is a testimony: for about three years, I started the 30-day yoga journey but struggled to complete it. Last year was challenging, but I managed to finish the 30-day journey and proceeded to do over 200 days of yoga. This year, showing up on the mat everyday has felt easy and natural, like breathing. If you’ve been struggling to show up consistently everyday, just keep trying. It gets easier. ❤

Good evening from Los Angeles 👋 I appreciate how these come out the night before in my time zone so I can occasionally get ahead. I know tomorrow is gonna be super busy so I got to do this beautiful Truth practice today. Shaky tree on the left foot but strong and steady on the right. Everyday I feel my planks getting stronger and the squats hurting less. I love the subtle build up in these journeys. So grateful for the sense of purpose I have during these as well. Thank you to all who make these so wonderful.

I'm doing this challenge alongside a daily 10k step walking challenge and boy have I noticed such an immense difference to my energy! Of course some days are harder than others but ultimately I'm really feeling the benefit now and so excited to be getting fitter 😊 Cheers everyone! We got this 🙏
