I'm not 100% - but I would recommend creating a template that is the size of your board and adding the wording over the top to see what looks good before making it, that's usually the best way to figure out the size

What’s the size fonts you used? I don’t have a Cricut so I’m going to need to order the vinyl for it.

Just give whoever you’re ordering off the dimensions of your sign and they will size the decals to fit, they won’t need font sizes.
