Flower Cuff Two Ways | Kandi Tutorial

This is a good beginner project! In this tutorial I show both ways that I know how to make these cuffs (and, bonus, also how I make the flower straps for my squishmallow bags).

If you do it version two, you can combine it with Xbase in the same cuff!
