Flower Demo Breakdown - What I Did and Why

Hi everyone, a couple of weeks ago I did a timelapse of a flower painting and this week I wanted to give you a little insight into my process, what I was thinking, and what I used on that painting.

Anne....I will do more demos and yes the fires are gradually getting under control but we are still in danger....just not as much.

Really enjoyed hearing your thought process. I love the idea of asking the question where does this color (or my darks) serve best? I like to ask my paintings what they need but don’t often ask each color. Will definitely do more of that!

I've just bought some cold wax. I use a limited palette and want to use the medium outside (temperate climate). I know you have a video but suppose you used it to paint those gorgeous flowers. It's hard to find a video that shows 'a from scratch' view. X
