I really love The Cut Flower Handbook by Lisa Mason Ziegler. Floret Discovering Dahlias is also a favourite.

Great choice of books and I was thinking of you today up on that hill. I had plans to work out in the veggie garden today but gave it a miss, the wind is really bad out there. I hope your flowers don;t suffer and that your green house stays put. 💐💐💐

Fingers crossed! I’ve just fed one lot of cows, parked the tractor out of the way of potential falling branches and moved another car so the she’d doesn’t blow over on it 😂😂😂. Done my pre-storm safety checks.
