Miss Beverly, I feel so bad because I have not been able to watch any of your latest videos. After 17 months of being without a job, I finally went back to work and not to my old job I had to get a new one. So now I work either 4pm - midnight or midnight - 8am. But I am off today , Tuesday, so I plan on spending part of my day catching up with your videos. I especially want to see how you make this corn pudding, I love this dish and I am sure yours is a lot better than the recipe I have. I’ll be letting you know how I like the other stuff. You never disappoint so I’m not worried, just anxious to watch them. Love from Texas.

I have liked corn pudding since I was a child when my mother used to make it. I eventually started making it myself and would take it to church all the time and it was a favorite.

I liked using the corn starch better than the flour recipe I have used in the past, and I never had used any melted butter before. Cooking for one and had no milk. Used this recipe as a guide and substituted greek yogurt because it's the only dairy on hand. Hope this works.

This looks very good! It seems much like what I grew up calling "spoon bread". I now live in SW Ohio and no one here seems to know what spoon bread is, but they do have corn pudding; some of which is sweeter than I like. I will definitely try your recipe! Thank you for sharing! 😋❤️

Yes to sweet corn pudding. !!!!! I see some folks make it savory. My mom did it sweet. Plus she added some vanilla extract. Anyway tfs. Looks delish

Basically this is the recipe I use but I use half ‘n half instead of milk, and I use a tsp vanilla, and some nutmeg
