If a singer is not singing from the soul, I do not even want to listen to it , it's not for me. Well, Ritu is a superb singer by any measure I could ever care about - expressiveness, soul, feel, control, confidence, diction, angle of vision etc. You know a force from heaven. You know something that God made. And Ritu is a gift from God. When it comes to expressing yourself through song, there is no one who can touch him. J.Jose well said. Don't know how he is not in 1st position. May be for two songs he got less grade. But if you evaluate totality of his performances most of the songs he sang better that the original one (Yesudas) and his control confidence and feel with so much expression at this age of 7 is unimaginable. He is God's gift to the earth. Because of top singer we could see him and listen to his songs which is so soothing in this present situation outside. Thank You Richoo! You justified my self-pride that I'm a reasonably good talent-spotter. In the very first week of the competition itself I became an ardent fan of Richumon. He did not disappoint me. Barring on 2 or 3 occasions (that too, when he was suffering from cold and throat problems) Richoottan went on soaring new heights with his god-given talents. All the judges, especially Ms Anuradha, did inspire him with absolutely positive comments, which too did a lot in Richu's upward graph. Sincerely pray to God that Richu remains humble and innocent, so that he could reach the musical summit which no other Malayalee (Yes, including even the maestro Dasettan) has ever reached!
