Hi just want to know is it safe to let them lift heavy with rounded back in trap bar deadlifts?
@FlowHighPerformance13 жыл бұрын
No, I wouldn't recommend it

Coach, why first unloaded asceleration and then with a load if you can explain? We should always do periodization like that?
@FlowHighPerformance14 жыл бұрын
Because I want the athletes to be as fresh as possible for unloaded sprints 👍

Coach, if you don't have technology, how would you time sprints to keep track of progress?
@FlowHighPerformance12 жыл бұрын
you don't need to keep track of sprint times if you dont have the tech. Just perform the sprints 👍

Hi, I want to ask the name of the equipment and the application you used in order to calculate the acceleration at 10m sprints during the first exercise. Thanks in advance!

Smart speed timing gates from fusion sport and smart speed app 👍

Thank you for this, can I ask how strong do you have to be for plyometrics? I heard they are pointless and even dangerous if you can’t lift around 2*BW in squat, what do you think
@FlowHighPerformance14 жыл бұрын
How do you define plyometrics? Running is a plyometric exercise but kids always run before they ever lift a weight. I use different plyometric variations with almost every athlete I train 👍

Flow High Performance jumping with 90%+ effort,
@FlowHighPerformance14 жыл бұрын
I think jumping with maximal effort of fine. Think about it like this: would you tell an Olympic long jumper they aren't allowed to jump as far as they can until they can squat 2x bodyweight? Are kids not allowed to jump around in a playground with maximal effort until they can squat 2x bodyweight? Strength and plyometric ability are different qualities that can be trained with different variations

Why it's better to sprint before heavy weight coach !? I say logicaly lift then sprint to transfer that force ...
@FlowHighPerformance14 жыл бұрын
Sprinting is very fatigue sensitive. If you lift first, then your sprint quality will be reduced. Transfer comes from long term training, not directly from performing a exercise before another 👍

@@FlowHighPerformance1 Coach, is it ok that players do havy trap bar DL and then continue with soccer training where they have sooting on the gol ( finishing on the gol drill) like we see on the video? Strangth training and soccer practice in one session-how should look Strangth training in your opinion coach...
