First try reaching and rocking. Reach far forwards and use momentum. Push your feet into the floor as though you wanted to push through the ground. If these things don’t work, push your hands into your legs, or get assistance from a piece of furniture or a doorframe.

@@flowmovement I did all you mentioned and I make it, rocking first, giving time, I make going up both of sides, my left side is weak, but I manage the sequence, even look in the feet, and I am happy, is looking very robotic right now but I will train and will improve, many thanks Marlo, be well and safe!!!
