Mounting Flowserve Logix 3000 Series Positioners to Rotary Actuators

Sir we have flowserve positioner type 520MD logix and currently we have quit high big numbers of positioners malfunction ,The error indication saying RRYR which related to pilot relay ,May I have the right way to fix this matter and what is the root cause that lead to positioner malfunction , Seek ur kind feedback

Sir my valves shows led error code cycle limit reached. What does it mean. Its logix 3200. Also after this code after some time the positioner stop working to close or open the valve.
