Didn’t expect you to talk about relationships, but I’m so glad you did. I recently left my two and a half year relationship because my boyfriend was not making any effort towards me or the relationship at all for a whole year. It took embarrassingly long to realize that the relationship was bad for me and so was he. I spent a few weeks before I ended things trying to save what little we had left, but he didn’t respond to a single message or call I sent. So I just cut my losses and broke up with him. I told him I’d be open to remaining friends if we could have the discussion in person, but he just left it on read. Cut to about a week and a half later, he’s just casually playing video games. Finally getting the guts to break things off with him took a long time, but I’m so happy I did. Honestly I feel free now. And hearing you talk about ending relationships that aren’t serving you has made me feel so much more comfortable in my decisions and my abilities to move on and mature. Love your videos man, and merry Christmas.

Since I’ve found your channel, it’s been a big inspiration for me. I’ve been in construction since I was 18. I’m 25 now, and sure, it’s taken its toll on my body. I didn’t care before. Now I have my daughter, and I notice how hard it gets to play with her because of how busted up my body is from my line of work. I’ve since walked away, working with my father in law while I begin to pursue a Computer science degree. It’s been very surreal hearing someone go through the same challenges with switching careers, sure for a different reason, but all in all, it’s for the future. I really respect that.

As a seasoned traveler, I keep chuckling when you talk about travel. Sadly, a $200~300 plane ticket is an absolute steal. If you want to shop for plane tickets, do it in an incognito tab MONTHS in advance. As for delays, I was once stuck on a plane for 6 hours before they finally got us off and forced us to extend our vacation by a few days. Idk why they loaded the *entire plane* just to decide 6 hours later that we weren't taking off after all, just thinking about makes me feel insane again. I loathe American Airlines to this day, their staff is rude too. The best delay I ever had was when we got moved around and ended up on an essentially empty flight to Seoul, South Korea. My sister and I got *entire rows* to ourselves. There were maybe 6 or 7 other people on the flight minus the staff? Man, I've never slept so well on a flight or had such a nice flight overall, even if the delay sucked. Korean Air my beloved, they're so nice and the food is *chef's kiss*. It's been a hot minute since I had a chance to sit down and watch one of your videos, nice to have this on in the background as I work. Thanks as always, I hope your start to 2025 is a good one!

Speaking to the relationship topic: if you think it won’t work out in the long run, it’s okay to break up! I recently left a relationship and we both mutually agreed that while there was nothing horrible about our relationship, we recognized that we weren’t meant for the long run and that’s okay! I think a lot of younger people (myself included) think they just have to find their person right away, and it’s important to remember that life is trial and error and you won’t always get it right the first time :)

Merry Christmas All! Always love the chill long plays, and a jazzy soundtrack. Definitely wasn't expecting NH to get a shoutout in this one! As a native I think I'm slightly biased, but its a beautiful nature state. All of New England is gorgeous, but if you're a hiker you'll definitely appreciate the area. Yea, winter is cold and can be pretty snowy, but you get used to it. The traffic is the worst part, but that really depends on where you settle. I like to think it's a good mix of city and rural. I could talk up my home state all day lol Hope that helps! (Not sure where you're coming from, but it's a pretty conservative state compared to most of the others in NE. Especially places like MA and VT. Just something to keep in mind if that matters to you)

Hey New Hampshireite here! Lived here my whole life. I love it. Northern New Hampshire is crazy with cold weather like temperature and snow. Central and Southern NH isn't so bad. the closer to the cities you are like Concord, Manchester, or Nashua are ok. Plows go by more often then even central and northern NH. The mountains are beautiful. The White Mountain National Forest in Lincoln NH is gorgeous. You also have the old man on the mountain site in Franconia. Those sites are so worth the drive. The Kancamagus Highway is an amazing site as well. Beautiful swimming holes all along it as well.

It is a bit short notice for Jan and early Feb, but 200-300 per person is absolutely a great find, not impossible to find, but it can be pretty difficult for certain locations. It can absolutely depend on location which is very important, when I was in west Florida tickets to eastern Washington were at the least 600, but that is also almost exact opposites on mainland USA. Now flying between Washington and California I can pretty consistently find $200-$300 tickets, depending on time of the year that is, coming home for the holidays was between 400 and 600 per ticket though. I’d you’re just looking for places and not visiting family or friends, avoid traveling around any larger holidays. Also, great video btw, stay well!

About the game developer topic (as well as the video game industry and video games themselves): I feel like there has been a trend in the last 10/15 years where the artistic aspect of games has been pushed to the forefront of game development, and I think there's a genuine desire for a lot of studios out there to make games that can be considered works of art. I feel like it follows the same path the cinema industry followed in its years and there is gonna be the emergence of a proper market for these kind of games, the same way it has developed for the cinema industry. The problem I see rigth away can be summarized with two ideas: 1. the game industry is still on a relatively restricted market, and 2. the consumers of said market have a sense of entitlement towards game developers and game studios that I do in fact feel like they ask game devs "make *me* a game", instead of "make a game". If you make the parallel with the cinema industry, you quickly realize that the behaviors of the two consumer pools are wildly different, one -the video game one-, feeling entitled towards game devs. Nobody feels entitled to ask script writers or film producers to "write that movie", "make that movie, and do it the way I want it to be". If you don't like a movie, just don't go watch it. I think people, the public, are the ones who need to stay in their lane.

I fly from Sweden to California for about $400 in the off season. The amount is proportional to where you’re going. I suggest going to google flights and there is a section called ”explore”. You can put in the dates you want to travel and it will give you cheap options. It will also tell you the scale for referencing how much tickets usually cost and if it’s on the low or high side. Hope you find somewhere fun to visit!

I feel like mindset is a huge thing in all aspects of life. Thinking is what drives your actions, the more you reinforce the thoughts the stronger they become in your subconscious and that starts to surface more in the conscious. Stepping back while a simple idea is really a big thing too. Taking a moment to remove yourself and think about things from different perspectives. Even getting prospectives from the "opposite" side can really help stir more thoughts that can lead to a different way of thinking. I find myself often spinning in thoughts about a strong issue in my life, I don't feel like I get anywhere until I breakout. I try to look at every experience as an opportunity to learn or try something different, the path you lead does lead to a better future even if in the moment it doesn't feel like it is going well and that everything just doesn't work. Once you come out on the other side and take a look back, there's so much good and helpful things from any experience. As far as relationships, I have been through about half a dozen or so. I learned that I wasn't failing and being unworthy of the relationship. It was more of where my mindset was. I was not really aware of myself and my impact I was making in the relationship. Was physical present but, not really thinking about anything besides how I was feeling and how I my choices were causes the relationship to not work. I didn't even consider my partner and how they were thinking or what they were feeling. I just did what I thought was best from my own limited viewpoint. Now looking back I can see how being with someone is effort from both sides and is something that takes time to figure out how each side feels and what is important to them. While having expectations of how my partner should show up, this causes me lots of anxiety when I hyper focus on me not getting what I feel I should. With that learning a balance of what I need and what my partner needs. Just because they are with you doesn't mean they will do everything how you want and that everything will be perfect and happy all the time. Be patient, be kind, be willing to consider different approaches to every situation. Thinking about how to be happy yourself and what you can do to bring happiness to your partner. Also allow each other time to sort things out and find what works best. Even when things aren't going well, this doesn't mean that it's the end. Take the time to process for yourself and take the time to talk things out in a way that is sharing your feelings but don't make your partner feel bad or cause them stress to meet your needs. This just builds more pressure on each other. Talk out what each side is willing to do and find things to work for you and them. Give it time and if needed take time to discuss things more. Open conversation with no judgement or blame goes a long way and let's things move in a better direction. Hopefully my thoughts can be helpful in some way to someone.

Hey Flow/Adam, I watched your Minecraft Valley video and was hooked. Personally, I like playing the Farmer in the game, which definitely doesn't exclude Caving and Adventuring, so it's a fairly rounded experience, in my opinion. I just finished watching this video, and this video came to me when I needed it the most, dude. 1) The relationship/moving stuff. Two years ago, almost to the day, a friend cut ties with me, but left the door open to reconnect in the future, but I think I will take your advice to let it go and fully move on. If she wanted to reconnect, she would have by now, as it's been almost exactly two years. 2) I live in New Hampshire, in the Queen City of Manchester. I have also lived in Warner back in 2010 for a while. Warner and the surrounding area sounds like the kind of place that you are looking for. It's got the small town feel, and is near Mount Kearsarge. I suggest that you check that area out. There's got to be websites that might have more information. I'm a bit of a shut-in, so I didn't go out much when I lived there. I just walked to and from work. Thank you for these videos. Keep up the good work, and enjoy your Holiday with your family and friends.

1:43:58 new England allows us to experience every season but winter can be pretty rough. But it can be very beautiful up here and you can pick a nice town like 20 minutes away from the beach or you can live in the middle of nowhere and have it take you a half hour too get to a grocery store. I defiantly like it here, but the long winters suck and people tend to get seasonal depression in January.

I think something interesting for a video would be something like this but in vr. I think you would enjoy it and it would be a good way to segment your content for different viewers

1:44:35 As someone who is currently living in New Hampshire, it's definitely a good place in terms of nature! If that's what you're looking for, would recomment.

Hey just wanted to say that I live in New Hampshire and I can say it's definitely a nice place to live. I've lived in NH all my life and it does get cold in the winter and sometimes get massive snow storms and recently very hot in the summer but I would say it is definitely worth living here. If I helped I'm glad I could help someone.
