I'm very new to Pilates, exactly, 2 weeks in new and I really like ur approach how u teach ❤ after having c section 3 y ago my lower back has been so bad and lifting weights just leaves me injured so I decided I'll give 30days to Pilates to see if things can be improved 🤷🏼♀️ 2 weeks in and I have noticed my core has become stronger while I still struggle with some pain especially at night sleeping on side/hips lower back, I really enjoy ur Pilates ☺️

~~~ I testify with having started Wedsday at 6:42am and finish at 7:33am , break for magnesium water and vitamins, likes at 369, She is pregant- she can see the Goddess Sophia! She is sharing the warm dewy sweat break with tender forest spring for All Woman Bodies! She is doing as she believes all can have! She is sharing Gods Love! ~~~
