I think it's an insult to the Boxing and the 49 fighters that came short up against mayweather. For the people who does not think that boxing isn't a real fight, well there was a fighter out of the UFC that crossed over to boxing that just recently passed away because he took to much damage in a boxing match. So people don't let the media make you ignorant to boxing because it is a martial art and people can seriously get hurt. The guy that passed away his name was Tim Hague R.I.P. and i got respect for both sports and i'll be a supporter of the 2 because i respect martial arts in all forms, not just one.

when you have a contest where both fighters can win an estimated 100 million dollars on the low end, and no title at stake...both fighters have already "won" regardless of the outcome of the fight. There is nothing to lose and everything to gain , financially speaking. Mayweather retires and McGregor continues for a few more UFC fights and also retires....both very wealthy men. People are paying for the "Spectacle" of the event.
