Because there are fighters who were cheated so badly yet they still won cleanly. Being a victim of a dirty trick does not give you the right to win using a dirtier trick. Floyd Mayweather Jr is absolutely correct in that these combat sports now in 2019, including the UFC, chew up their fighters quickly and spit them out. It's the promotions that want to make the money they don't want the fighters to make the money. Because when a fighter has money he has leverage, he doesn't have to fight who you want him to fight when you want him to fight. Floyd knew this and turned it against them.

FYI, Pac-man has a agreed on a 45/55 split and a drug testing 24 days before the fight. OK, so Floyd allegedly offered Pacman 40 million. WHY would Pacquiao accept when the fight is projected to make OVER 150 million? WHY SHOULD PACQUIAO MAKE 40 MIL WHILE MAYWEATHER MAKES AT LEAST 60 MILLION? What is wrong with 40/40 split and the winner gets the other 20%? Fans don't just come to see him. When Dela Hoya vs Floyd sold record breaking PPV fans didn't come to see Mayweather, most of the fan came to see Dela Hoya. I never even heard of Floyd prior to that fight.

Never once did I ever hear Manny Pacquiao issue a challenge to Floyd. Floyd issue the challenge and Pacman said no. The reason why the fight hasn't happen is because Bob Arum wants to preserve Manny as long as possible and pocket most of the money. Its money and ego. Thats it!
