Ok (and I'm not picking an argument), but Floyd was 106 lbs. when he was like 16 years old. If you look at their respective weights when they were the SAME age (say 19), Floyd was between 15-20 pounds heavier than Manny. So, I do think it's only fair to admit that Pacquiao's bulking up has been more dramatic than Mayweather's. That doesn't necessarily mean steroids were involved, though. I don't think there is any way we outsiders can know for sure just what the truth is.

The plan from the start was to avoid PACMAN at his PRIME. Make the negotiations complicated so it will be harder to make the fight. I do believe FLOYD is doubting himself whether he can beat a PRIME PACMAN (2009-2012). Floyd is not comfortable of the odds/chances of winning. For FLOYD, Pacmans chances of winning is just too high than any other fighters he'd fought before.
