That shit is actually a lot more beneficial than "killing the bag", well me for me it is. After switching to this, you'd be surprised at how snappy your punches get, how well balanced you get while throwing punches, how well you're able to switch tempos, how accurate your punch placement becomes, and how quick you're able to generate power in a short amount of space.

I've worked out on traditional heavy bags kzbin.infoUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

Floods simple secret as to why he's better than absolutely everybody is the VOLUME OF REPS in all his workouts. They're always nonstop throwing punches. If your opponent throws 200 hard punches in his workouts compared to you throwing 400 light medium to hard punches in your workout. It's simple you are outworking them with volume not intensity. Floyd just does more he throws nonstop punches while they may not be hard it's non stop and theyre constantly under strain compared to other fighters who throw just a combo and take 1-2 seconds break and then go again. In those 1-2 seconds Floyd is still working. The GOAT PERIOD

The crazy thing is,people don't realize he keeps touching the bag.Thats the hard part,to keep touching the bag at different speed and intensity, just like a real fight, and just like jumping rope.you can always change speed. But keep going is the key. you are training your mind to let your hands go,because people get stuck in just standing there trying to counter punches, and end up getting caught.

Pathabal88: Check Mayweather's record if you don't think he has or had power. if you follow boxing enough, you would know & understand that he will NEVER be a knock out artist anymore. His hands are brittle, why do you think he's pretty much the only one that works the bag & pads the way he does? It's place the hands, defend, maximize the touch. Floyd is a boxer, his fighting days been over.
