Yo so I'm watching your video right and it came to my mind that I just recently participated in a 24h training event for charity for ppl struggling with mental health and as I'm watching this video If I knew you were going through this I would've told u about it but yeah - if ur struggling then you shouldn't have to talk to your friends or anything about it because at the end of the day - you're the one who's going through it so you should at least go and talk to a therapist because even know they don't know you - they will be able to see your side - and I know that us in the videos may help but it's a lot more difficult from when you turn off the camera so if u haven't already seen a therapist or signed up to that better help program then you definitely should cus it will help - we all go through it at different scales so don't be discouraged to tell someone you know who isn't going to just listen and not doing anything about it or not at least help - I'm not saying its their fault cus they might be going through the same thing however the one thing I've learned when going through mental health issues is that when surrounding yourself with ppl you know - you're doing gonna find out who you're real friends are - but yeah man that's all I gotta say

Hey Jaydon. I appreciate your support and encouragement. I know we didn't really see eye to eye in college but the fact that you took the time to give me some encouragement and helpful advice (regardless of all of that) to help me with this means a lot. I hope everything's good with you and I wish you all the best of luck with your future endeavours.
