Fluffy Steamed cake Recipe (Whole Eggs Method) | 蒸蛋糕

No-bake, soft and fluffy basic steamed sponge cake recipe with only 3 ingredients.
Ingredients 材料: 6" round mould
3 eggs 鸡蛋 (60-62g, room temperature 室温)
50 g (4 tbsp) caster sugar 细砂糖
60 g (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp) cake flour 蛋糕粉
Steam over medium-low heat for 25 minutes

I was watching this recipe while my daughter was sleeping besides me. Hence i turned down the vol . Subtitles helped me understand the recipe. Even before the vdo was over ,as ausual i started reading the comments to ensure how good the recipe is. Instead i found comments about the background music surprisingly. Then what?? turned up the vol for a moment to hear the bg music n it was soooooooooo soothing, infact it wud have helped my daughter to sleep better 😉
