I had all this symptoms. I have underwent mini thoracotamy surgery and had 3 ICDs. I was diagnosed as pleural tuberculosis ( 2018) at the age of 22. After all the pain and struggle I am surviving now .

I have had the Pleural Effusion in my longs since 2009, it was first drained for tests but I had no TB, ever since then whenever I do CT scan or Chest X-ray, it shows the cloud. No pain, no issues with breathing, temperature normal, BP is normal. What I hate about it is whenever I go for Occupational Medical checkup, they tend to always suspect that I have TB which is not the case, I hate the stigma but what can I do??? Thanks.

I feel it so bad it hurts to take a breathe it’s exhausting to walk I’m not overweight either , I’m coughing all the time I have all these symptoms I can not take a deep breathe period and it makes me so dizzy
